Encouraging Employees to Reach their Full Potential, PPA Group Holds Best Employee 2025

Safe & Strong Operational Performance is not a slogan that can be brought to life by only a handful of people. The slogan is a target that can only be reached with full awareness that every employee plays an equally important part in the smooth running of PT Putra Perkasa Abadi (PPA) Group's business and operations.

Having an equal chance to be the best in one's field, to reach one's full potential and to be recognised for that achievement is one of the things that motivates employees at work. With full awareness of how important recognition is, and of the need for a place where employees can reach their full potential, PPA Group holds the Best Employee activity every year.

In the hope of continuing to drive employee productivity through recognition and the motivation to keep moving forward and up-skilling, this year Best Employee 2025 was held under the theme "To be Number One with The Best Employees". The activity ran on 3–10 December 2025 with selected participants from every PPA operating site.

The event was also attended by PPA President Director Joko Triraharjo, Operations Director R. Teguh Saptosubroto and other members of PPA Group's senior management.

In this activity, participating employees were divided into 3 categories: Best Mechanic, Best Operator and Best Group Leader 2025 - PPA Group. Employees selected from every site then went through 4 kinds of test to compete for the title: theory test, physical fitness test, practice test and presentation test.

No half measures: the winner in each category received a prize in the form of:

3rd place - 4 Grams of Gold, 2nd place - 6 Grams of Gold 1st place - Umrah

The event was lively and spirited, with participants eager to be the best in their category. At the Closing Ceremony the winners were announced and received prizes handed over directly by PPA President Director Joko Triraharjo.
