Memorandum of Understanding Signed for Solar Power Plant Development

PT Putra Perkasa Abadi (PPA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the development of a Solar Power Plant (PLTS).

The Memorandum of Understanding was drawn up and signed by PPA Director Muhammad Affan; the President Director and Director of PT Energi Nuansa Jaya (ENJ), Dion Pius Jefferson and Roy Wijaya; and the President Directors of Borneo Indobara, R. Utoro and Edi Siswando, on Wednesday (22 February 2023) at Sinarmas Land Plaza, Jakarta.

The signing of this solar power plant development reflects a commitment to reducing pollution and saving energy through the use of new and renewable energy (EBT) from the sun, which — thanks to Indonesia's climate — is available all year round. The signing was also witnessed by PPA President Director Christianto Setyo, PPA Operations Division Head Djoko Purwanto, and PPA COE Division Head M. Suwito.
