PT Putra Perkasa Abadi (PPA) Group, together with PT Antareja Mahada Makmur (AMM) and Garuda Rescue Nusantara (GRN), received a Certificate of Appreciation from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (EMR) of the Republic of Indonesia for their contributions to the EMR Disaster Relief Team's humanitarian action following the 2026 East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) earthquake.
The award was officially presented in Jakarta on September 30, 2026, by the Director General of Mineral and Coal, Dr. Ing. Tri Winarno, S.T., M.T., during the event "Appreciation for Humanitarian Action: EMR Disaster Relief Team for East Nusa Tenggara Province 2026," organized by the Directorate of Engineering and Environment for Mineral and Coal.

This recognition acknowledges PPA Group, PT Antareja Mahada Makmur, and Garuda Rescue Nusantara for their rapid response, unwavering dedication, and swift deployment of emergency response personnel and logistics to the earthquake-affected areas in NTT. The synergy demonstrated by PPA Group played a significant role in supporting evacuation efforts, emergency management, and post-disaster community recovery.
“May our collective efforts bring meaningful benefits to the affected communities, particularly in East Nusa Tenggara Province, while strengthening our shared commitment to safety and social care. Congratulations to all recipients of the 2026 EMR Disaster Relief Appreciation,” stated Tri Winarno.

From the onset of the disaster, PPA Group swiftly deployed its Emergency Response Team (ERT) to assist relief operations in the affected zones.
On the ground, PPA’s ERT coordinated directly with the National Disaster Management Authority (BNPB) and the Joint EMR Disaster Relief Team. Beyond participating in search and rescue (SAR) operations and ground sweeps, the team established soup kitchens and emergency medical posts. Furthermore, PPA Group distributed essential relief packages, basic groceries, and provided psychosocial support (trauma healing) for children affected by the tragedy.
PPA Group expressed its deepest gratitude for the recognition from the Ministry of EMR. This award serves as formal acknowledgment of PPA Group’s ongoing commitment to corporate social responsibility and emergency disaster preparedness across Indonesia.

Reflecting on the honor, Joko Triraharjo, President Director of PPA, highlighted the company’s dedication to humanitarian causes.
“This award is both an honor and a reminder for everyone at PPA Group to remain present for communities during times of crisis. Emergency preparedness and social responsibility are integral components of our corporate sustainability values. We will continue to collaborate closely with the Ministry of EMR, BNPB, and all key stakeholders to deliver prompt, effective, and impactful aid to those in need.”
Through this achievement, PPA Group reaffirms that humanitarian values and social responsibility remain fundamental pillars across all aspects of its operations.
