PPA Prepares to Take On the Site Bukit Asam Project

Jakarta – PT Putra Perkasa Abadi (PPA) continues to strengthen its presence in national mining. After winning a range of prestigious competitions in safety and rescue in 2021, PPA has now opened 2022 by announcing a strategic partnership with two major companies: PT Bukit Asam and United Tractors. Under this partnership PPA operates heavy equipment on projects run by PT Bukit Asam, supported by United Tractors on maintenance and service of the machines.

The agreement between these three major companies is a good start to 2022 for all of them. Working with two large companies signals PPA's seriousness in sustaining its presence and consistency as it continues to compete in the national mining industry. There is good reason for PT PPA to be the partner operating heavy equipment on this project: with its string of achievements and its attention to occupational safety and rescue (safety and rescue), PT PPA is the right partner to run heavy equipment operations on PT Bukit Asam's projects.

The signing of the partnership was attended by several representatives from each party. PPA was represented by Sujoko Martin as Director and Agung Budiarto as Operations Manager of PPA Site Bukit Asam. Agung went on to say that the partnership is an important moment for PPA: "Kerjasama yang besar ini merupakan momentum bagi PPA untuk terus berupaya meningkatkan produktivitas perusahaan dan terus berupaya menjaga konsistensi dan eksistensi perusahaan di industri pertambangan ini" Agung added that PPA has prepared everything needed to take on the Bukit Asam project.

As the person in charge of the Bukit Asam site, Agung also said he hopes that over the next five years PPA can deliver maximum service and maximum performance. With this synergistic partnership, PPA remains committed to giving its best to partners and to continually striving to be the best in Indonesia's mining contractor sector. The signing ceremony ran without a hitch and closed with the cutting of the tumpeng as an expression of gratitude, along with a symbolic ribbon cutting as a sweet opening to this mega-project collaboration.
