The Tabalong Regency Government Praises PPA Site Adaro's CSR, Building Tabalong Together with its People

PT Putra Perkasa Abadi (PPA) closes another year with an award.

This time PPA Site Adaro was given an award by the Tabalong Regency Government for PPA Site Adaro's CSR contribution to the development of Tabalong Regency. It is not the first such award, as PPA Site Adaro also received a similar one from the Tabalong Regency Government at the end of 2024.

The CSR award was presented directly by the Governor of South Kalimantan Muhidin and the Deputy Governor of South Kalimantan Hasnuryadi Sulaiman, who attended together with the Regent of Tabalong Muhammad Noor Rifai, at the main event of the 60th anniversary of Tabalong Regency held at Pendopo Bersinar Tanjung on Monday (8/12/2025). The event, themed 'Kolaborasi, Sinergi, dan Inovasi untuk Tabalong Smart', invited all companies and industry players in Tabalong.

"Tema ini sebagai penguat komitmen seluruh pihak dalam membangun Tabalong yang lebih maju di berbagai sektor," said Muhammad Noor Rifai.

The award for Commitment in Carrying Out CSR Programmes for Development Activities in Tabalong Regency in 2025 was received directly on behalf of the PPA Site Adaro Operations Manager by PPA Site Adaro HCGA Section Head Singgieh Prananda, who welcomed the award as motivation to keep innovating through CSR programmes that are relevant and that empower communities around PPA's operating areas.

"PPA berkomitmen untuk terus melaksanakan program-program CSR secara berkelanjutan di Kabupaten Tabalong. Penghargaan ini tentu menjadi motivasi dan nilai positif perusahaan untuk terus melaksanakan pemberdayaan masyarakat."

Throughout 2025, PPA Site Adaro Indonesia successfully ran a range of CSR programmes supporting various aspects of community life. Starting with education, where PPA Site Adaro actively provides scholarships for students in Tabalong Regency; public health, through the Stunting Reduction Acceleration programme run to improve children's growth and health in communities around its operating areas; the economy, through the "UMKM Perkasa" programme empowering village enterprises and mentoring local MSMEs around the mine; and the environment, through various conservation and reforestation programmes in the river basin that is one of the community's sources of livelihood.

PPA is committed to keep contributing to the improvement and development of CSR innovations that actively support the development of every aspect of community life around its operating areas.
